  1. Each column can have it's own font, font size, and justification.

  3. The formatting controls are directly to the left of the Printer icon.  They remain greyed out (disabled) until a column name is selected.  The figure below shows the formatting controls disabled because no column names are selected.

  16. Click on a column name and the formatting controls become active.  Click on one of the top three icons to set the column justification.
